Fair and honest treatment matters when you contact Crowdcrossing Walk-In Tubs. Please tell us if your experience falls short. This page explains how to submit a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Issues You Can Tell Us About
You may raise concerns about:
- Telephone or message contact with Crowdcrossing Walk-In Tubs
- Our handling of your personal information
- Website information that seems confusing or wrong
- The conduct of a provider reached through our service
When a Provider Is Involved
Providers in our network are separate businesses responsible for their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For problems with work in your home, speaking with the provider first and keeping written notes usually helps.
Please also share the issue with us. Feedback helps us maintain an honest network; providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Crowdcrossing Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, manage warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent a provider.
Details to Send
Email contact@crowdcrossing.living with the following information. A clear account works like a project log, helping us follow what happened:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The telephone number or website form you used, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A description of the issue and the action you would like us to take
How We Review Concerns
We send an email acknowledging receipt, usually within a few business days. We then examine the concern, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply explains our findings and any action we are taking.
Requesting Another Review
If the reply leaves the issue unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may offer assistance.

Send complaint correspondence to contact@crowdcrossing.living.
